Jon founded Healthy Homes to bring professional preventative maintenance services to homeowners across Iowa. With extensive experience in construction management, he grew a residential company from 100 to 600 units before joining Legacy Construction in 2025.
Together with Daniel, they have overseen $17 million in contracts at Legacy Construction, bringing that same level of expertise and professionalism to Healthy Homes.
At Healthy Homes, Jon oversees operations and ensures every service visit meets the highest standards of quality, protecting homeowners' investments through consistent, reliable maintenance.
